What excites me about RCS
I get excited about the opportunity to be partners with the excellent teachers at RCS in working on the development of my children - their intellectual, social, physical and spiritual development. I am grateful for the way that Christian education allows us to view children as whole persons with a place and a role in God's kingdom.

What excites me about being a member of the RCS Board
I am thankful for the way that God has used RCS to bless my family.  Being a board member has provided me with an opportunity to respond out of that gratitude. It is humbling and exciting to be invited to be a part of what God is doing at RCS!

What is your relationship with RCS?
I am a graduate of RCS along with both of our children and Donna graduated from Waupun Christian School. I spent 20 years coaching at RCS in the girls program and enjoyed every minute of it.
What excites me about RCS
I always believed that RCS was a great school, even as a student, but as a parent raising kids I saw the dedication and love of the teachers for the students and believed my children received a top rated education. Great teachers along with parental involvement make for prime educational opportunities.

To do my best to help RCS continue in its fine tradition of educating our youth in a Christ centered environment.

Family
My folks live across the street from us and my husband’s folks are a few miles away. Our siblings all live within a 30 minute or so drive away. We’ve been pretty blessed to have our family so close in proximity.
Hobbies/Interests
Having 4 young kids make up most of my free time! I enjoy reading books in my hammock, visiting Door County and snuggling with my four children. I love my work (I am a nurse) and am always learning more each day.
What is your relationship with RCS?
My husband and I both attended RCS, as did our siblings and parents.
What excites me about RCS
The infinite possibilities that could be realized, God’s presence filled into every facet of the school day and being part of a school family.

What excites me about being a member of the RCS Board
To be honest, being chosen as a member of the board brought more apprehension than excitement. I know there are a lot of tough topics on the table and I do not take this role,  along with it’s responsibilities lightly. I truly believe there is always a compromise that can be made. We need to be fluid and adjust as needed. These past few weeks have been trying on students, teachers and parents alike. We each have our own barriers we are trying to overcome during this uncharted territory. By showing understanding, love and compassion to each other we can be role models to our children on how God directs and leads us during the scary parts of life.

I enjoy spending time with family and watching the Badgers, Brewers or Packers when they’re on and going to games when possible. I also enjoy studying history. The History Channel and American Heroes Channel are on a lot in our household.
What is your relationship with RCS?

What excites me about RCS
It’s having an opportunity in my own backyard to send my children to a school where they are being taught Christian principles by God fearing people. I can also rest assured that they are receiving a an education that gives them an opportunity to grow in Him and in their spiritual walk.

What excites me about being a member of the RCS Board
I am excited to have the opportunity to be an active part of my children’s education. It’s also a great opportunity to connect more deeply with the people who are helping to mold and shape my kids in their education.
