Miss Schouten has taught in the junior high at Randolph Chrsitan School since 1983.  She has the Sixth grade homeroom.  Her schedule includes 6th and 7th Social Studies, 7th and 8th Math, 6th and 8th Science, 12 weeks of 8th grade Spanish, and 24 weeks of 8th grade Art.  Miss Schouten also supervises a couple study halls and works in the Library.

In her spare time, Miss Schouten enjoys reading, following the Packers, following the sports teams of her current and former students, watching old movies, and listening to music.

Miss Schouten shares a home with her parents on the family farm.  She and her brother now operate a crop farm after raising hogs and crops for twenty years.  The farm is a Century Farm, having been under continuous operation by the family since 1899.
